EXOTICS VANCOUVER — REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Exotics Vancouver, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept return or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Minor color or print placement variations

Normal wear and tear

Shipping delays outside our control
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, email us with:

Clear photos of the issue

Description of the problem
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only issued when:

An item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced

An order is cancelled before production begins
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started and cancellations may not be possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please
